About the farm

・This farm is a private farm, not a public facility. Due to our responsibility for managing the cultivation and hygiene of the strawberries, it will take a little time to complete the admission procedures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

・You may eat as many strawberries as you like within the designated area, but please note that the service will end when all the strawberries are gone. You may not take the strawberries home.

・The farm consists of greenhouse No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3. Greenhouse No. 2 and No. 3 are located about a 5-minute walk away. When visiting Greenhouse No. 2 or No. 3, we ask that you walk to them upon arrival.

・In the event that the number of strawberries is significantly lower than expected due to bad weather or other reasons, we may ask you to change the date of your visit.

・We are working hard to grow varieties other than “Akihime” and “Benihoppe” so that everyone can enjoy them, but due to the growing conditions and the cultivation conditions in the plastic greenhouses, there may be cases where they are not available to everyone. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

Reservation times

Please make sure you arrive on time for your reservation.

・We will provide each visitor with one or two greenhouses for each reservation time.
Inside each of these greenhouses, you can find a wide range of varieties of strawberries. In order for everyone to enjoy the many varieties of strawberries in a fair and equal manner, all visitors with reservations will begin picking strawberries at the same time.

・Please arrive at the farm at the time you have reserved, and allow about 15 to 20 minutes for checking in, preparing for the strawberry picking, and receiving a brief explanation of the strawberry picking process. You will spend about 30 minutes picking strawberries and about 10 minutes leaving the farm, so the total time should be about one hour. (The approximate time will vary, as we welcome all kinds of visitors). In the event that you need to relocate to Greenhouse No. 2 or No. 3, please allow time for moving.

About the parking lot

Please find a coin-operated parking lot and be sure to arrive with your entire group by the time of your reservation.

・Because our farm is located in the city center, we do not have a designated parking lot. There are several coin-operated parking lots within a 5-minute walk of the farm, so if you are coming by car, please park at one of these lots and come to the farm with your entire group by the time of your reservation.

Prohibited acts
In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy our delicious, beautiful strawberries, we kindly ask that you refrain from the following acts.

Touching the strawberry plants with your hands
Bringing in jackets, bags, and other large-sized valuables
Bringing your luggage and your own food, toppings, condensed milk (this will be provided by us) , water bottles, ice, etc.
Wearing clothing made with stiff fabrics such as denim jackets and collared denim shirts
Wearing high heels, platform shoes, and hats with a wide brim
Picking of strawberries by children up to preschool age

・Strawberries are very delicate because they are a fruit without a skin, unlike oranges and bananas. Please do not touch the strawberry plants, leaves or stems with your hands. If everyone touches the strawberry plants, it will be unsanitary as people will be eating the strawberries that someone else has touched. We will provide you with scissors and a tray. Cut the top of the strawberry with scissors, drop it into the tray, and then touch it with your hand. If you touch the strawberry plants with your hands, it will leave marks and scratches on them, making them less tasty. Do not touch the strawberry plants with your hands.

・In order to prevent damage to the strawberries inside the plastic greenhouse, visitors are asked to store their coats and bags in the luggage baskets provided when entering the farm. Valuables must be placed in the plastic bags that we will provide. We ask that you do not bring bags, water bottles, ice, etc. into the greenhouse.

・We kindly ask that you do not bring in large valuables (tablets, large wallets, etc.) or denim jackets or shirts with stiff fabric, as the strawberries may be damaged if they come into contact with them.

・Please refrain from wearing platform shoes or shoes with high heels while on the farm.

Bees for pollination will be flying around the farm, so please wear long sleeves for your own safety.
Please wear clothing made from soft materials inside your jacket.

Cancellations, changes to the number of people in a reservation, and changes to the reservation time

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please let us know by midnight the day before via the contact form on this website.
(We do not accept cancellations by phone)If you cancel on the day of your reservation, you will be charged the full amount.

・We will not accept cancellations due to changes in the number of people in your party on the day of the reservation.
　The admission fee will be based on the number of people who have made a reservation.

・We will not accept any requests to increase the number of people in your party on the day of the reservation.
　Please contact us by email or phone by the day before.

・To change the time of your reservation, please call when the schedule calendar on the website has a reservation symbol (〇△).
　If it is changed to a full capacity symbol (✕), we may have to refuse your request.

・For groups of 10 or more people, please confirm the number of people one week in advance, and we will charge a full cancellation fee for any cancellations after that.

Inside the strawberry greenhouse

On sunny days, the temperature will rise during the day.

・There are honeybees for pollination inside the plastic greenhouse. They are gentle creatures, so please do not stimulate them by tapping on the hive or swatting at them. Those who are uneasy about bees should wear long sleeves.

・When visiting the farm, it is preferable to wear long-sleeved shirts under your jacket, as the temperature inside the plastic greenhouse is above 20℃ even in winter. During the day, the temperature will rise if it is sunny. If it is raining or cloudy, the temperature will not rise that much, but there is no need to wear extra layers.

For visitors accompanied by babies and preschool children up to the age of two years old

We do not allow young children to pick strawberries.
We ask that the parents pick the strawberries instead. (Please refer to the section above that explains our policy on this matter)　

・We do not give out picking scissors to young children due to safety and cultivation management reasons.

・The condensed milk service is not included. We will provide you with an empty tray, so please use it together with your child when eating the strawberries together with the condensed milk.

・In order to manage the strawberries, the number of infants is limited to two per adult.

・The use of baby strollers inside the greenhouse is not permitted. Please leave them in the designated area.

・You are welcome to use a baby carrier.

Other

Please pay the admission fee in cash on the day of your reservation.

・If you use excessive amounts of hair styling products or perfume, it may affect the scent of the strawberries and cause a disturbance for other visitors. Please note that admission may be refused at the discretion of the owner of the farm.

If the date you wish to make a reservation is fully booked, please contact us by email.

• Any clothing that is deemed to be offensive to public order and morals or that may cause discomfort to other visitors is not permitted.
• Any clothing that could lead to security-related misunderstandings with other visitors is not permitted.
• Any behavior that may disturb other visitors will result in you being asked to leave the farm.
• If you do not follow the guidance and instructions of the facility administrators, you will be asked to leave the farm.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farm.
• In order to ensure that our visitors can enjoy their time at the farm comfortably, we restrict the use of cameras and video cameras in some areas.
  We do not allow the use of tripods for taking videos or photos.
  If we think that it will disturb other visitors, we may ask you to stop taking photos.

• Please be careful not to damage the cultivation facilities or strawberries at our farm.
  If there is any obvious damage or destruction to the cultivation facilities or the strawberries, you will be required to repair the damage immediately or pay compensation for the damage, as instructed by the farm.
• Please note that the farm will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, etc. that occur on the premises.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted on the farm premises.
